Terry and Toma - Magicians of Michief

Toma and Terry are magicians who search the world for magical treasure. Toma has a staff that gives him wind powers (though he does have innate abilities with wind) and Terry can manipulate matter, including changing the size of himself and other objects.

Toma is obsessed with finding magical books, while Terry searches the world for mystical artifacts. They obviously work together, though at times are at odds and try to fight over the treasures they find.
